Committed to helping your Ministry
We are committed to supporting ministries and churches in their efforts to spread the message of Christ. Whether it is by easing the burden of admin services or designing and marketing your ministry events, it is our desire to make Christ the center in all that we do.
At Tic Task, we are prepared to handle your ministry needs.
From conferences to ministries with multiple locations, it’s as easy as making a list of the tasks you do each day and handing them over.

Our Committment
We work with ministries to help them reach more people and change more lives. Our goal is to allow you to focus on ministry while we take that ministry and broadcast it to your community.
We’ll manage your website and social media as well as produce marketing material and email campaigns that will draw new people to your church and it’s ministries.
We’ll be there through every step of the process as a communications consultant in the planning phases of ministries and programs. Then, when it’s time to get the word out, we’ll develop marketing material to reach more people both through print and online marketing.
We’ll help you target the people who will benefit most from your ministries and help them understand why they need what you are offering.

How it works
We become an extension of your staff – strategy, planning, and creative execution. You will be given a dedicated assistant who will work hard to get to know you and how you work, as well as your church or ministry.
We work remotely to complete all tasks and projects given to us - from ongoing personal assistant roles to one-off projects.
We specialize in supporting churches and can take care of all preparation for Sunday services, communication, rostering, supporting staff teams and church councils, and much more.
Our team members will go above and beyond in order to support you and free you from the burden of chaotic admin.
With us on your team, you'll be able to focus on what matters most!

Benefits of a Virtual Assistant for your Ministry

Helps You Stay Focused
A virtual assistant can help you stay focused. They can take care of email, answer the phone, do your calendar, book travel, notify you of urgent ministry matters, conduct research, handle projects, respond to salespersons, produce prayer lists, work on the church’s website, and so many more possibilities.
Save You Money
A virtual assistant can be retained to work only a few hours a week, typically as few as ten to fifteen, or to be a fulltime assistant. In other words, the virtual assistant can fit most budgets. Also, the church is not responsible for all the headaches and costs of salary and benefits administration.
No Additional Cost Of Employee Benefits And No Wasted Time
Depending on your current need of support, work can be done on a part-time or full-time basis. Compared to a regular employee, the costs is less because you do not need to pay for any employee benefits. You will be billed only for the project or package chosen.
